What is the Infinitesol Support App?
The Infinitesol Support App is our lightweight, secure remote-assistance client. When you launch it, you’ll get a unique 9-digit session ID that you share with our technicians so we can safely view and control your screen to troubleshoot issues in real time.
The download didn’t start automatically. What should I do?
No problem, just click one of the manual download links below. Once it finishes, open the file from your “Downloads” folder or wherever your browser saves files.
Is my connection secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted end-to-end using industry-standard TLS. We never record your screen or keystrokes—once you quit, no session data persists.
How do I launch the Support App?
Windows: Double-click the .exe you downloaded.
Mac: Open the .dmg, then drag the Infinitesol app into your Applications folder and run it.
What is the 9-digit session ID and where do I find it?
After launching the app, you’ll see a big box labeled “Your Session ID.” It’s a random 9-digit number (e.g. 682 739 415) just read it to your technician so they can connect.
